TNT

What do you do when you're not a student, you're too old for youth group, but you still want to meet up with others for a bit of fun and friendship? Well that's why we invented TNT. It's a group for those in their twenties and thirties. Our aims are to encourage each other in the Christian life in thinking biblically about the world in which we live and in being witnesses in the workplace, and to get to know one another better by going out for walks and activities.

Sundays Once a month from 12.30pm onwards

We meet in the church lounge area once a month for a lunch and a discussion of a topical subject.

We organise social events frequently - walking, bowling and trying to find pubs which serve food. We also have an annual weekend away at the Jonas Centre, near Redmire in the Yorkshire Dales.

This year, we would like to use the time while we are eating together to encourage each other to give thanks to God for how He is working in our lives.  Please think about what you have been learning and praying recently, with a view to discussing it around the table during the meal.

After the lunches we will be studying C.J. Mahaney's 'The Cross Centred Life'.
